We are hiring Non-IT Recruiters to source and place candidates into full-time non-IT roles across various domains and clients. You’ll specialize in recruiting for high-demand U.S Fulltime/DirectHire roles across Accounting & Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales, Healthcare Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Insurance, Legal, and Corporate Support functions. Key Responsibilities

Understand full-time non-IT job requirements from clients and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

Manage candidate communication through offer negotiation and closure.

Maintain accurate candidate pipeline records in the ATS/CRM.





Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring non-IT full-time requirements. Requirements

Prior experience in non-IT recruitment/full-time hiring is needed.

Ability to handle a high volume of requirements per day.

Willingness to work in a performance/target-driven environment.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously.

Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, and other passive sourcing websites & communities.
