We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US Staffing/Consulting companies and should be well-versed in US payroll, onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain payroll records and HR documentation.
- Work with tax and compliance forms including:
- I-9
- W-4
- W-9
- W-2
- 1099
- Coordinate with internal HR and Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with US employment regulations.
- Support payroll audits and employee queries.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Payroll.




- Experience working with US Staffing/Consulting companies.

- Valuable understanding of
- H-1B

- OPT

- STEM OPT

- CPT
- H-4 EAD

- US employee onboarding process
- Knowledge of US payroll processes and tax documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred
- Experience using payroll or HRMS systems.
- Exposure to US compliance and documentation.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
