- Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or BFSI.
- Domestic mortgage experience is also acceptable.
- Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 preferred).
- Robust comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service/voice process experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries related to US mortgage products and services.
- Assist customers with loan servicing, application status, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain SLA adherence.
