Job Title: Clinical Onboarding Associate Location: Remote (India) Shift: US Shift Preferred (Evening/Night IST) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Onboarding Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for clinical professionals supporting US-based clients. You will play a critical role in coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of required documentation, facilitating compliance with US hiring practices and industry regulations, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for both candidates and clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of US staffing, healthcare recruitment, and compliance requirements. This position requires the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of US clinical consultants, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Allied Health Professionals, Therapists, and other healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, credentialing teams, clients, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collect, verify,
and maintain onboarding documentation, including I-9, E-Verify, background checks, drug screens, immunization records, licenses, certifications, and other client-specific compliance requirements.
- Ensure consultants meet all client, state, federal, and healthcare regulatory compliance standards before start.
- Partner closely with credentialing, payroll, HR, and compliance teams to ensure timely onboarding and accurate records.
- Track onboarding progress, resolve documentation gaps, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/VMS and onboarding systems while adhering to HIPAA and data privacy standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare/Clinical Staffing Onboarding.
- Solid knowledge of clinical credentialing and compliance requirements, including state licenses, certifications, background checks, drug screening, I-9, and E-Verify.
- Experience with Labor Edge.
- Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Experience working with healthcare staffing ATS/VMS platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely in US shift hours.
- Joint Commission knowledge a plus.
