Experience: 2–6 Years Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment
Source and screen candidates for Engineering and Non-IT requirements
Recruit for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Supply Chain, Telecom, Utilities, and related Engineering domains
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders Requirements: 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing
Strong experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitment
Good understanding of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Experience using job boards and ATS tools
Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
