Job Details

- Job Title: US Mortgage Specialist (Voice Process)
- Location: Noida
- Experience: Minimum 18 months
- Salary: upto 7-9 LPA
- Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts (Split weekly offs may be applicable)
- Interview Mode: Walk-in

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions related to the US Mortgage process.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality parameters.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or Financial Services.
- Candidates with Domestic Mortgage experience are also eligible.




- Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts with split weekly offs.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking or BFSI with exposure to Mortgage processes.
- Voice process or customer service experience.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
