Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting Engineering professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various engineering roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Non-IT positions across the US market.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical and professional qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in US Staffing with a primary focus on Engineering recruitment.
- Robust understanding of Engineering job titles, qualifications, and industry terminology.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean Search techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
