- Handle US Mortgage voice support for customers.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Understand US Mortgage processes and terminology.
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet process KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in US Mortgage, Banking, Mortgage, or BFSI.
- Domestic mortgage experience is also acceptable.
- Robust communication and comprehension skills (B1B5 preferred).
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
