Hiring: US Non-IT Recruiter Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite) Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM Experience: 1–5 Years Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Corporate Job Portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate client interviews.
- Verify work authorization (US Citizen, GC, EAD, etc.).
- Negotiate pay rates and maintain candidate records in ATS.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Robust sourcing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of US staffing, employment types, and recruitment process.
