Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (6pm to 3 am IST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for IT positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and hiring practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Willingness to work in night shifts .
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Any bachelor's degree
