Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida for a US IT Recruiter. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT professionals through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

The US IT Recruiter will conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews with client hiring managers, and follow up throughout the hiring process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and ATS records, negotiating compensation within client guidelines, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and clients.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to understand technical requirements, market trends, and hiring priorities, while adhering to compliance and documentation standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of IT roles and technology stacks.
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, including candidate evaluation, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Familiarity with US staffing practices, time zones, and work culture; experience with US-based clients is highly beneficial.
- Ability to use job portals, professional networks, and ATS tools effectively (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, internal databases).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR, Business, or related fields preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with US time zones, as required by business needs.
