Job Title: IT Recruiter (US Shift – EST)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST) Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring targets. Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements

Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and networking

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates

Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates based on client requirements





Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS

Submit qualified candidates and follow up on interview processes

Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback

Engage with candidates to reduce drop-offs and ensure smooth closures

Meet weekly submission targets and prepare recruitment reports
