In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top-tier technical professionals across the United States. You will act as the vital bridge between hiring managers and top tech talent, ensuring all legal, tax, and cultural requirements are met seamlessly.

Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Acquisition

- Use Boolean search strings to track down specialized tech candidates.
- Leverage US job portals such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and niche platforms like GitHub.
- Post clear technical jobs across multiple target channels

US Compliance & Negotiations

- Verify work authorization including H1B, Green Cards, OPT, and CPT.




- Navigate US tax terms confidently, working with W2, C2C, and 1099 structures.
- Negotiate competitive salaries and complex hourly consulting rates.
- Coordinate background checks and E-Verify compliance

Process & Pipeline Management

- Guide candidate experiences from initial contact to onboarding.
- Coordinate interview loops with US-based hiring leaders.
- Log all touchpoints accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain active candidate pools for recurring high-demand skills

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
