Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Coimbatore. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions supporting U.S.-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process in line with client requirements.



The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand technical role specifications, maintain accurate recruitment records, and meet hiring targets and timelines. Daily responsibilities also include building and maintaining talent pipelines, tracking market trends in U.S.

IT recruitment, and adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for U.S.-based technology roles.
- Proven skills in Hiring and Recruiting within quick-paced, target-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with U.S. time zones, work culture, and basic employment practices; prior exposure to US staffing or consulting firms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, job boards, and professional networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
