We are hiring for US IT Recruiter roles with i3 Infotek, Noida.

Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) Experience: 1–5 Years Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment
- Source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing platforms
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through onboarding
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle
- Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners
- Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types
- Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship management skills
