Kiosist, a fast-growing virtual front desk solutions provider for hotels across the USA, is expanding its team in Surat! We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as Front Desk Representatives. If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service – this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Virtually greet and assist hotel guests in the USA
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Promote hotel services and amenities
- Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver a personalized and professional guest experience

- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
