We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader / Manager – Student Visa Vertical to lead our Counselling Advisors (CAs) across all study destinations while actively contributing to business growth through individual targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Counselling Advisors across multiple study destinations.
- Drive individual and team performance to achieve student recruitment and revenue targets.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance review sessions.
- Guide students on overseas education opportunities, university selection, and admissions processes.
- Support complex student cases and ensure a high-quality counselling experience.
- Monitor counselling quality, CRM updates,



and adherence to company processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Track applications, offers, enrolments, and visa outcomes.
- Review performance reports, analyze funnel metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve escalations and ensure smooth operational delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Overseas Education/Student Visa Consulting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a high-performing counselling or admissions team.
- Strong knowledge of multiple study destinations including Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, and Recent Zealand.
- Proven track record of achieving team and individual recruitment targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of admissions, application, and visa processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
