Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

About Us

Sugarcane Films & Studios is a creative production house and studio specializing in commercials, branded content, podcasts, corporate films, social media content, photography, and studio rentals. We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow by bringing in new clients, building long-term relationships, and expanding our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Convert Meta Ads leads into paying clients through timely follow-ups and consultations.
- Identify and connect with brands, agencies, startups, creators, and businesses requiring video production or studio rental services.
- Schedule client meetings and present our services confidently.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch decks with the internal team.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining healthy client relationships.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.




- Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth client onboarding and project handover.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making sales calls and conducting client meetings.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Experience in a creative agency, production house, marketing agency, or media company will be preferred.
