About the Role

Visko Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Animation Artist to produce engaging video content and motion graphics for digital marketing, social media, branding, corporate communication, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, creativity, and proficiency in industry-standard editing and animation software.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and internal communications.
- Create engaging 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional videos.
- Develop creative visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Add visual effects, transitions, titles, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and color correction.
- Design animated logos, intros, outros, GIFs, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Design teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Manage video assets, maintain organized project files, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, animation trends, and social media content formats.
- Optimize videos for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder,



and related Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D animation software is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, typography, visual effects, and animation principles.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and color grading.
- Knowledge of audio editing and synchronization.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Video Editing or Animation are an advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing and animation.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong creative skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, corporate videos, product videos, and digital advertisements.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and video editing software.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.
