We are a fast-growing premium real estate company specializing in residential plots, luxury villas, wellness resorts, Ayurvedic resort units, and investment properties. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our revenue growth and brand expansion.

Job Summary

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, leading a high-performing team, driving qualified leads, managing CRM operations, and achieving business revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, and events.
- Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with internal teams and agencies.




- Conduct regular sales reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build relationships with investors, channel partners, and key customers.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in premium real estate, hospitality, luxury products, or investment sales preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
