Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment databases and ATS records.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
- Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
