Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into meetings and business opportunities. Freshers with valuable communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome.

The candidate will be responsible for calling provided leads, explaining products, fixing meetings or factory visits, and following up for conversions. This role plays a key part in generating business and expanding the company’s B2B client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and schedule meetings / factory visits with serious buyers
- Handle regular follow-ups and maintain basic call records
- Work towards lead conversion and order generation
- Target clients include OEMs, builders,



dealers, and bulk buyers
- Expected to generate 5–8 qualified meetings per week
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM

Required Skills:

- Fixed salary + Performance-Based Incentives up to 50K+ (per meeting + order conversion)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive attitude
- Good listening and convincing skills

Eligibility Criteria:

- Own laptop & smartphone required
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Prior telecaller experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
- Work Location: In person
