JOB DESCRIPTION

Deptt : Nursing

1. Ensure patients care is given utmost importance.

2. Ensure the beds of the patients are always kept clean and properly made.

3. Ensure patients are given the sponge bath on time.

4. Ensure all medication is given on time to the patients.

5. Ensure coordination with the doctors is maintained from time to time regarding patients condition.

6. Ensure all queries / worries of the patients are resolved.

7. Ensure proper observation of the patient’s condition is done and doctors are kept informed.

8. Ensure all patients’ records are maintained properly and all test reports are properly checked and maintained.

9. Ensure all vital signs of patients are observed and monitored at regular intervals.

10. Ensure patients are dealt with politely and calmly.

Ensure all patients relatives are dealt with politely and calmly.

12. Regular follow up with patients and doctors/ consultants.

13. To ensure personal hygiene of the patients.

14. To keep a regular check on the patient and inform the doctor in case of emergency.

15. To ensure cleanliness is maintained in the ward / department.

16. Any other responsibility that may be assigned to this employee from time to time at the discretion of the Immediate Superiors.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
