Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant – Billing to manage billing operations and day-to-day accounting activities for our clothing showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail billing, inventory-related accounting, GST invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate retail and wholesale invoices accurately using the billing software/POS system.
- Handle daily billing transactions, cash, UPI, card, and other payment reconciliations.
- Maintain sales registers, billing records, and customer invoices.
- Prepare GST-compliant tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Reconcile daily sales with cash collections and bank deposits.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing, discounts, returns, and exchange transactions.
- Maintain purchase and sales records and assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Record accounting entries in Tally Prime or other accounting software.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and billing reports.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

Required Skills

- Experience in retail billing, preferably in a clothing or fashion showroom.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, POS/Billing Software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of GST invoicing and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.

Qualifications

- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 0 –3 years of experience in retail accounting and billing.
- Knowledge about billing handling.

Pay: ₹10,079.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
