Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content for social media, have a good understanding of current digital trends, and be comfortable appearing on camera when required. This role offers hands-on experience in content planning, shooting, editing, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to our industry.
- Write captions, scripts, and content copies for social media posts.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling content.
- Shoot behind-the-scenes videos, office culture content, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform basic video editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
- Track content performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Design,



or a related field.
- Passion for content creation and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Knowledge of AI content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Experience managing personal or professional social media pages is a plus.
- Interest in healthcare, health-tech, or wellness industries is preferred.
