Hiring: HR Team Leader

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 Years in Recruitment & Team Handling

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

5-Day Working Week

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of HR Recruiters
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
- Allocate requirements and monitor team performance
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Conduct candidate screening and interview coordination
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning
- Drive team productivity and achieve hiring targets
