Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries by arranging instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
- Verify patient identity, surgical site, consent, and preoperative checklist.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Perform duties as a scrub nurse and circulating nurse as assigned.
- Monitor the availability and functionality of OT equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
- Handle, count, and document surgical instruments, needles, and sponges before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist in patient positioning and ensure patient safety throughout surgery.
- Monitor patients during preoperative and postoperative transfer.




- Maintain accurate nursing records, OT registers, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and storage of surgical instruments.
- Coordinate with the CSSD, anesthesia team, and other departments.
- Participate in emergency surgeries and trauma cases as required.
- Adhere to hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in training, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
