About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic Preschool Educator to nurture and inspire young learners during their formative years. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a love for working with children, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences through activities, art, music, and movement.

Key Responsibilities: Classroom Teaching & Child Development

- Deliver age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones.

Creative Learning

- Conduct engaging Art & Craft activities to promote creativity and fine motor skills.
- Lead dance, music, movement, and rhythm-based activities to enhance children's confidence and coordination.
- Use storytelling, role-play, and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.

Classroom Management

- Maintain an organized, child-friendly, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Parent Communication

- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback.
- Participate in parent meetings, events,



and school activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, or equivalent qualification preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and child engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Art & Craft activities.
- Ability to conduct dance, music, or movement-based sessions.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Prior experience in a preschool, kindergarten, daycare, or early childhood education setting.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, learning differences, or other special educational needs will be highly preferred.
- Understanding of inclusive education practices and individualized learning approaches will be an added advantage.
