Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Inspector Trainer with strong practical knowledge in mechanical quality inspection. If you know the subject and can teach it clearly, we want you experience level doesn't matter.

Key Responsibilities

Train students in quality inspection tools, processes, and industry standards

- Teach measurement instruments - Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, CMM basics

- Cover GD&T; fundamentals and engineering drawing interpretation

- Teach welding QA/QC basics

- WPS, PQR,



visual inspection - Introduce Codes & Standards - ASME, AWS, ISO 9001 (awareness level)

- Provide NDT method overview - RT, UT, MT, PT

- Conduct mock interviews and job-readiness sessions

- Track student progress and ensure placement-ready outcomes

Requirements

- Background in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering

- Strong practical knowledge of quality inspection tools and concepts

- Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome

- Tamil required, basic English preferred
