We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Pre Sales Executives to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads for residential projects located in Hosur and HSR Layout.

Job Details

Job Title: Pre Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0 to 2 years in tele calling or tele sales, real estate industry experience is added Advantage

Education: PUC or Graduate

Employment Type: Full Time

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Customer oriented approach with a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers

Explain project details, features, pricing, and ongoing offers

Generate qualified leads and encourage customers to schedule site visits





Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication

Build and nurture strong customer relationships

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow ups

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits

Respond to customer queries and provide accurate project information

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or pre sales

Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage

Robust communication and customer handling skills

Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn

Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
