- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Maintain explicit and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing process automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated processes for enhanced performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within automation platforms.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
