Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using

Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools and technologies. This role involves building interfaces

between Siebel CRM (latest version, e.g., 20.x) and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and

process automation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Siebel CRM solutions using Siebel Web Tools and Open UI framework.

- Customize Siebel Open UI objects, including applets, views, and business components.

- Develop JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for Siebel Open UI customizations.

- Integrate Siebel with external systems using EAI, Web Services, and REST APIs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel configuration, scripting, and Open UI.

- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in code review, testing, and deployment activities.

- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices.

Required Skills:





- 7+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development, preferably with Siebel CRM 20.x.

- Hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

- Experience with Siebel EAI, Web Services, and integration techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Siebel Web Tools, Configuration, Scripting (eScript, Browser Script), and Workflows.

- Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of Siebel upgrade and migration processes.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Experience with Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager), familiarity with CI/CD tools and Siebel CRM 8.x

Certified Developer certification is a plus.
