We are looking for an Event Coordinator/Manager to plan and execute events while coordinating with clients and vendors. Freshers and experienced professionals with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to handle events from planning to successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage different types of events including weddings, corporate events, private functions, and promotional events
- Handle client servicing and communication to understand event requirements
- Plan, organize, and execute events smoothly
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage event timelines, logistics, and in office execution
- Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- For Freshers:
A strong passion for entering the event industry.
- For Experienced Candidates: Proven track record as an Event Coordinator or Event Manager.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on weekends or flexible hours during events
