Key Responsibilities

- Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspection of injection molded parts.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Profile Projector, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Control Plan, Process Flow, PFMEA, and Work Instructions.
- Monitor production quality and reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, and Process Engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Process Audits.
- Participate in recent product development (APQP) activities.
- Support PPAP documentation and customer submissions.
- Verify incoming raw materials and purchased components as per specifications.
- Handle customer complaints using 8D methodology.




- Conduct Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and other quality tools.
- Ensure calibration status of measuring instruments before use.
- Maintain traceability records as per customer requirements.
- Monitor process capability (Cp/Cpk) and recommend improvements.
- Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Train production operators on quality requirements and defect prevention.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and company procedures.
- Support Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement initiatives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
