Job Summary

Responsible for accurate data entry, system updates, job card processing, and maintaining digital records related to service operations. The role ensures smooth workflow between service advisors, technicians, and management by maintaining real-time and error-free system data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Job Card Management

- Ensure correct entry of customer details, vehicle information, and complaints
- Close job cards after verifying all entries (labour, parts, remarks)

2. Data Entry & System Accuracy

- Enter service, spare parts, and billing data accurately
- Maintain daily updates in Dealer Management System (SARATHI)
- Ensure no backlog in system entries

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain digital and physical records of job cards, invoices, and estimates
- Ensure proper filing for audits and warranty claims
- Track history of vehicles and repeat repairs

4. Billing & Invoice Support

- Assist in preparing customer invoices
- Verify labour charges, parts consumption, and taxes
- Coordinate with accounts for billing accuracy

5. Coordination with Departments

- Work closely with: -
- Service Advisors
- Workshop Technicians
- Spare Parts Team




- Ensure smooth data flow between departments

6. Reporting & MIS

- Generate daily reports:
- Vehicle inflow/outflow
- Pending job cards
- Billing status
- Share MIS reports with management on time

7. Customer Data Management

- Maintain updated customer database
- Ensure proper entry of contact details for CRM follow-ups
- Support customer feedback tracking

8. Compliance & Quality

- Follow dealership SOPs and OEM guidelines
- Maintain accuracy to avoid billing disputes and audit issues
- Ensure data confidentiality and system discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
