Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Engineer / Software Tester(Manual/AUTOMATION) to test web applications.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our applications before delivery to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and user stories
- Perform manual/Auto testing on web applications
- Test frontend (React) and backend APIs (Node.js)
- Write and execute test cases
- Identify, report, and track bugs using proper documentation
- Perform regression, functional, and smoke testing
- Work closely with developers and project managers
- Ensure quality delivery within timelines
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts (SDLC/STLC)
- Experience in Manual/Auto Testing
- Understanding of MERN Stack applications
- API testing using Postman
- Knowledge of Bug Life Cycle
- Basic SQL / MongoDB understanding (preferred)
- Positive communication skills
Good to Have:
- Automation basics (Selenium / Cypress – optional)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience testing SaaS or web-based applications
Experience:
- 1 - 2 years
Location: Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
