Job Summary

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to design, build, and manage our company website end-to-end. You'll own everything from wireframes and mockups to day-to-day upkeep, working closely with our marketing and development teams to keep the site fast, on-brand, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain the website's UI/UX homepage, landing pages, and key user flows

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes before handing off to development

- Manage the live website - content updates, new pages, fixes, and general upkeep

- Keep design consistent with brand guidelines(colors, fonts, tone)

- Ensure the site is mobile-responsive, fast, and accessible

- Coordinate with developers on CMS updates and technical issues

- Run A/B tests on layouts, CTAs, and user flows to improve conversions

- Build landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and events

- Track website performance (Google Analytics, heatmaps)



and act on the data

- Support basic SEO structure and website security best practices

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least one website owned end-to-end

- Strong command of Figma or Adobe XD

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus

- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress

- Solid understanding of responsive design and web accessibility
- A portfolio showcasing live sites or before/after website work

- Bonus: experience in healthcare, insurance, or BFSI
