- Costing Manager (Tool Room)

Key Responsibilities

> Prepare detailed cost estimates for Press tools, Blanking and forming dies, Welding fixtures and jigs, Prototype tooling and development tools. Analyse customer drawings, CAD data, and specifications for costing.
>
> Estimate Raw material cost, Machining cost, Outsourcing/vendor cost.
>
> Design and develop recent tools, tooling, and fixtures for various manufacturing processes.
>
> Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for tool designs.
>
> Troubleshoot issues related to existing tools, die design, GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), casting process.

Key Skills

> Strong proficiency in Unigraphics NX software/ Auto CAD. Candidate must be from an Automobile, Sheet Metal or Engineering parts manufacturing Company.
>
> Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant specialization (B. Tech/B.E.) Software Skills: Solid works /NX / Auto CAD

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in the related field.

CTC: 9.0 to 12.00 LPA
