About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional leadership to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Location - Pune (Shivaji Nagar )

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with regional heads and stakeholders to understand and forecast hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Conduct interviews via telephonic, video, and in-person modes.
- Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and gather timely feedback.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers and directors.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates regarding interview outcomes.
- Draft, update, and manage job postings; coordinate with the creative team for job creatives.




- Issue offer letters and address candidate queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and trackers.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining of new hires.
- Proactively anticipate and plan for future staffing needs.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk sales hiring, preferably in the BFSI & Insurance sector.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in building a career in HR Recruitment may also apply.
- Solid sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.
