About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Provider Credentialing & Hospital Privileging Specialist to join our growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end provider credentialing and hospital privileging for multiple healthcare organizations and providers.

This role requires someone who can independently handle credentialing activities across multiple clients, providers, facilities, and payer networks while ensuring timely enrollment and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end provider credentialing and recredentialing.
- Handle hospital privileging applications, renewals, and maintenance.
- Complete payer enrollments, revalidations, and demographic updates.
- Maintain provider CAQH profiles and ensure information is current.
- Coordinate with commercial payers, Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance carriers.
- Track application status and proactively follow up until completion.
- Maintain credentialing trackers and ensure compliance with internal timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, hospitals, payers, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.
- Manage multiple providers, specialties, and client accounts simultaneously.
- Maintain complete and accurate provider documentation and credentialing records.




- Ensure all credentialing activities meet payer and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:

- Provider Credentialing

- Hospital Privileging

- Strong knowledge of

- CAQH
- Medicare & Medicaid enrollment

- Commercial payer enrollment

- PECOS (preferred)

- NPPES

- Hospital credentialing workflows
- Experience working with multiple providers and multiple client accounts.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Must own a Laptop/Desktop with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Comfortable working in a permanent remote (WFH) environment.

Compensation
- Salary: Up to 55,000 per month (Based on relevant experience, skill set, and last drawn salary).
