Position: Store Manager

Are you an experienced retail pharmacy professional with strong store operations and team management skills? Join Tata 1mg and lead multiple pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy store operations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise store teams to achieve business goals.
- Ensure accurate medicine dispensing and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Drive sales, inventory management, stock availability, and expiry control.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor store performance, productivity, and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Eligibility:




- D.Pharm/B.Pharm with a valid Punjab State Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory).
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy Store Management.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and customer experience effectively.
