Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate medicine dispensing and exceptional customer service.
- Manage retail pharmacy operations, inventory, stock accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive pharmacy sales, diagnostics, and omnichannel order fulfillment.
- Maintain SOP adherence, store hygiene, and operational excellence.
- For Store Managers, lead the store team, achieve business targets, and ensure seamless store operations.
