Role: Unqork Production Support Engineer / Senior Support Analyst

Experience: 510 Years (2+ years in Unqork), 8–10 years preferred for Senior role

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai (US Eastern Time overlap)

Must-Have Skills:

- Unqork Platform (Modules, Workflows, Data Workflows, Decisions, APIs)
- L2/L3 Production Support & Incident Management
- REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman
- SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)
- ServiceNow
- Release & Change Management
- Azure/AWS fundamentals, Git, CI/CD
- Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Kibana, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch)
- Robust troubleshooting and RCA skills

Preferred Skills:

- Life Insurance / BFSI domain
- Unqork Certification
- ITIL Foundation
- Salesforce / Guidewire exposure
- Advanced Java Concepts & BPM

Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for Unqork applications
- Troubleshoot workflows, APIs, integrations, and production issues
- Monitor application health and resolve incidents within SLA
- Support deployments, release validation, and change management
- Perform RCA, create knowledge articles, and coordinate with business and technical teams. Role & responsibilities
