Role Overview

At Grey Chain AI, we dont just design interfaces — we design meaningful, scalable product experiences that solve real business problems.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own end-to-end design for complex B2B SaaS platforms and AI-driven products. This role is ideal for someone who can navigate ambiguity, simplify complex workflows, and collaborate confidently with internal teams as well as external clients.

You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, data-driven, and AI-assisted user experiences while driving design excellence across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full product design lifecycle — from discovery and problem framing to wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff Design intuitive, scalable experiences for complex workflows (dashboards, admin panels, multi-step journeys, data-heavy interfaces)

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, and clients to shape requirements and deliver impactful solutions

Conduct user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis

Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components

Design AI-assisted workflows with a focus on clarity, trust, and usability

Present concepts and design rationale clearly, incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Experience





- 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI Strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy products

Proven ability to own end-to-end design processes

High proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture

Hands-on experience working directly with clients and stakeholders

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in quick-paced, cross-functional environments
