We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer Mentor who can guide learners, support project execution, and assist the design team in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Help trainees complete projects and portfolio case studies.
- Review assignments and provide constructive design feedback.
- Support the Senior UI/UX Designer in training, project planning, and curriculum-related activities.
- Assist junior designers and trainees with design challenges and best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and portfolio evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Positive understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to guide students and collaborate with team members.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
