UI/UX Designer (Enterprise SaaS / ERP & FinTech)

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing enterprise web applications and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing complex workflows, information-heavy dashboards, business process screens, and user-friendly interfaces while maintaining consistency across hundreds of interconnected screens.

This role requires someone who can think beyond aesthetics and understand business processes, usability, scalability, and design systems.

# Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and modern user interfaces for complex ERP and FinTech applications.
- Create high-quality wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Translate business requirements into efficient user experiences.
- Build and maintain a scalable Design System and reusable UI components.
- Design dashboards, forms, reports, tables, workflows, approval processes, analytics, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Ensure consistency across large numbers of screens and modules.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct UX research and recommend improvements for usability and accessibility.
- Optimize interfaces for performance, scalability, and ease of use.
- Follow modern UI/UX trends while keeping enterprise usability as the priority.

# Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent understanding of UI and UX principles.
- Experience designing complex enterprise software, ERP, CRM, SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or similar business applications.

# Preferred Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of qualified UI/UX design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Experience designing dashboards and data-intensive interfaces.
- Knowledge of Material Design or similar design frameworks.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Experience working with Agile product teams is preferred.
