Graphic Designer
Job Description

Job Summery:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 3–4+ years of experience in digital and branding design. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media creatives, ad designs, UI concepts, and basic video edits while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects, along with strong creativity, communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other designers in the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines, enhances marketing campaigns, and effectively engages the target audience.
- Understand design briefs to create visually compelling templates for digital platforms (mainly) such as ads, social media posts, basic video editing and print (occasionally) in alignment with brand standards
- Give creative inputs during brainstorming / ideation sessions
- Have a creative mind with strong interests and taste for designing pixel perfect User Interfaces.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Job Qualification & Skill Sets:





- 3-4+ yrs of experience in graphic design domain
- Education qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Graphic/communication design
- Strong sense of design principles, ideation, branding, typography, composition, colors, and design for print and web
- Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and After Effects
- A keen eye for detail
- Must be receptive to constructive feedback
- Must have leadership qualities to guide fellow junior designers in the team
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day-to-day operations
- Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work
- Must organize all design deliverables within timelines agreed upon
- Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology
- Organizational, time management, and communication skills are a must

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
