Roles & Responsibilities :

Sourcing candidates through different channels of Recruitment like various Job Portals, Skilled.

Sites, Database, as well as through networking, headhunting, recommendations and referrals.

Handling end-to-end recruitment.

Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement

Screening the Candidate based upon the Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experience.

Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.

Candidate must possess good listening skills, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability

Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities

Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Proven work experience as a Technical / IT Recruiter

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
