We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant / Accounts Executive to handle the complete accounting work of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle complete day-to-day accounting work
* Accounting data entry and bookkeeping
* Maintain Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Journal and Contra entries
* Complete working knowledge of Tally Prime
* Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
* Debtors and Creditors management
* Outstanding payment and receivable tracking
* Purchase and Sales invoice verification
* GST working, reconciliation and return-related work
* TDS calculation and related accounting work
* E-Invoice and E-Way Bill work
* Inventory and stock accounting
* Monthly Profit & Loss statement preparation
* Balance Sheet preparation
* Finalization of Accounts
* Coordinate with CA for GST, Income Tax, Audit and annual account finalization
* Prepare monthly MIS and management reports
* Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
* Handle accounting work independently from Data Entry to Finalization of Accounts
Candidate Requirements:
* B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
* Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and TDS
* Experience in complete accounting and account finalization
* Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for company accounts
* Positive analytical, reporting and communication skills
* Manufacturing company accounting experience will be preferred

We are looking for a long-term, trustworthy and responsible person who can independently manage the complete accounting function of the company from daily entries to finalization of accounts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
