ROLE

1. Support the Supply Chain team in managing dispatch operations, logistics coordination, documentation, and inventory movement.

2 The role focuses on learning and assisting in order processing, transportation coordination, warehouse dispatch management, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods to customers or distributors.

3 will develop operational understanding of dispatch planning, transport management, compliance documentation, and logistics efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1 A. Dispatch Operations

2 Assist in daily dispatch planning based on sales orders and production availability.

3 Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for order readiness.

4 Prepare dispatch schedules and loading plans

5 Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of goods.

6 Monitor vehicle loading and dispatch documentation.

7 B. Logistics Coordination

8 Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, and freight operators.

9 Track shipment movement and ensure on-time delivery.

10 Monitor transportation costs and efficiency.

11 Maintain records of freight charges and vehicle utilization

12 C. Documentation & Compliance





13 Delivery Challan , Tax Invoice , E-Way Bill , Transporter LR (Lorry Receipt), Packing List.

14 Ensure compliance with GST, E-Way Bill, and transport regulations.

15 Maintain dispatch registers and digital records

16 D. Inventory & Warehouse Support

17 Assist in monitoring finished goods inventory levels.

18 Coordinate with warehouse team for stock availability and FIFO implementation

19 Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation.

20 E. MIS & Reporting

21 Maintain daily dispatch reports.

22 Update ERP / SAP / inventory systems.

23 Prepare reports on: Dispatch performance, Delivery timelines, Logistics cost, Pending orders

24 F. Process Improvement

25 Identify opportunities for improving dispatch efficiency and logistics cost reduction.

26 Assist in implementing SOPs for dispatch and transportation

27 Support initiatives in lean logistics and supply chain optimization

Pay: ₹11,115.61 - ₹22,622.22 per month
